Reporting

A reporting promise that does not overstate results

Reports can be designed around the following evidence categories, subject to the funded programme and data availability.

Learner participation records where available and lawfully shareable
Programme delivery milestones against the agreed scope
Expenditure reporting against the approved funding purpose
Assessment or certification evidence where verified and applicable
Employment or progression outcomes only where supporting evidence exists
Exceptions, delays and unverified items clearly identified rather than estimated

Important compliance note for corporate funders

A contribution to the Foundation is not represented as automatically qualifying for B-BBEE Skills Development points, SETA levy recovery, Section 18A deductibility or any other regulatory benefit. The treatment depends on the final programme structure, beneficiary evidence, provider status, supporting documents and the funder's own verification position. Obtain professional verification before relying on a compliance outcome.
