A sponsorship framework designed to survive due diligence.
The strongest partnership is not the one with the biggest promises. It is the one where the programme, evidence, budget, compliance treatment and reporting obligations are clear before funding begins.
Purpose
Swift Skills Foundation seeks partners to support practical youth skills, workplace readiness and employability pathways through clearly scoped programmes.
Scope Before Spend
Before a contribution is committed, agree the programme, learner group, delivery period, budget, responsibilities, reporting requirements and current evidence base.
Programme Verification
Where accreditation, assessment or certification forms part of a proposal, the exact current provider and programme documentation must be reviewed for that specific pathway.
Funding Structure
Funding can be structured around learner support, materials, equipment, facilities, mentorship, workplace exposure or defined programme delivery. Pricing and learner counts must be based on the approved scope, not generic website estimates.
Reporting
Reports should cover agreed delivery records, expenditure, verified learner participation and supported outcomes. Unverified employment, certification or accreditation outcomes should not be reported as fact.
Compliance Treatment
No automatic B-BBEE, SETA, tax or Section 18A benefit is claimed. The final compliance treatment must be confirmed from the actual structure and supporting evidence.
Do not book a B-BBEE, tax or SETA benefit before independent verification.
Brand & Recognition
Any co-branding, case studies or public recognition should be agreed in writing and must respect learner privacy, consent and evidence standards.
Governance Safeguards
Verified banking details, contracting entity, authorised signatory, deliverables and payment terms should be confirmed directly before funds move.
Banking details should be obtained through a verified channel and checked before payment.
Outcome Discipline
The Foundation does not promise guaranteed employment, fixed placement rates, salary outcomes or guaranteed certification unless a specific written agreement and evidence support the statement.
Next Step
Start with a due-diligence discussion. We will identify the objective, evidence required, current programme availability and reporting framework before a sponsorship proposal is finalised.
Ready to define a sponsorship properly?
Start with the objective and evidence requirements. The final proposal should follow from that due diligence.
