An investable skills-development case built around evidence, not inflated claims.
This deck sets out the Foundation's current partnership proposition without assuming accreditation, placement, B-BBEE or tax outcomes that have not been verified.
The Investment Case
Swift Skills Foundation is a CIPC-registered Non Profit Company building practical youth skills, workplace-readiness and employability pathways in South Africa.
The Problem
Young people face barriers to practical skills, structured workplace exposure and credible routes into economic participation. Funded programmes should address those barriers without overstating guaranteed outcomes.
The Model
Define the learner group and programme need, confirm the delivery route and evidence requirements, deliver practical support, and report against agreed indicators.
Programme Verification
Before funding, confirm the current provider, programme status, assessment route, certification outcome, accreditation evidence where applicable, delivery period and learner obligations.
Reporting
Funders can receive programme delivery records, expenditure reporting, verified learner participation and outcomes that are supported by source evidence. Gaps are identified rather than estimated.
Only evidence-backed outcomes should appear in funder reporting.
Compliance Guardrails
No automatic claim is made that funding qualifies for B-BBEE points, SETA levy treatment, Section 18A deductibility or any other regulatory benefit. These must be confirmed for the final structure.
Partnership Design
Partnerships may support learner costs, equipment, facilities, mentorship, workplace exposure or broader programme delivery, subject to a written scope and verified current needs.
What We Do Not Claim
We do not present unverified placement rates, salary outcomes, accreditation statuses, partner counts or learner totals as Foundation facts.
Due Diligence
The starting point is verified legal identity and current programme documentation. Funders should complete their own legal, tax, B-BBEE and programme due diligence before commitment.
Independent verification remains the funder's responsibility.
The Ask
Partner with the Foundation on a clearly scoped, evidence-led skills-development initiative with transparent reporting from day one.
